Online registration at the embassy:

• econsul.diplomatie.be/fr/

Forms

2) I do not have an activated Belgian ID CARD

Registration by email to abudhabi@diplobel.fed.be, scanned as follows:

First file named: NAME_REGISTRATION ABU.PDF

1. registration form completed, dated and signed
2. copy of passport and Emirates ID (recto verso)
3. copy of the first page of your rental contract or electricity bill
4. copy model 8 (= proof of deregistration from the Belgian municipality, if you were previously living in Belgium. If you were previously registered at an Embassy, you do not need to present this document)

Second file (only for adults) called: NAME_ELECTIONS ABU.PDF

This document must be completed in the language of your municipality of attachment.

1. registration as a voter, completed, dated and signed
2. only in case of proxy voting : the proxy form completed, dated and signed.

The attachments to the e-mail must not exceed 5 MB.
