• Only for Belgian citizens
• Only in case of emergency situations for example an accident, loss/theft of documents by urgent departure, arrest
• Only after office hours
• The emergency phone will not answer general administrative questions (for example visa, passport application)
   

Consular services

The consular services can be reached as follows:

• Counter
  open by appointment only via the online appointment system
  from 08.30 am - 12.00 noon: Monday and Tuesday 
  from 12.30 pm -  3.30 pm : Thursday 
   
• It is not necessary to visit the embassy for all services. Please check this scheme to see which services require an appointment and which require you to contact us by email.
  
  Attention: Certain documents can be submitted and processed by a courier service. The embassy is only open for couriers on weekdays between 08:30 AM and 12:00 noon.

  from 1.00 pm - 3.00 pm: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday

Visa services

• Visa applications must be introduced via VFS Global (Dubai and Abu Dhabi).

• For questions on appointments and application procedure, please contact the VFS Call Center. The Embassy does not answer visa questions via telephone.
• Specific question can be addressed to the Embassy ONLY via mail: abudhabi.visa@diplobel.fed.be

Parking

• The Embassy requests visitors to use the public parking.
• The parkings around the Sofitel hotel or next to the Sheraton hotel are accessible via the underpass.
• Valet parking at the Sofitel is also possible at your own expense.
