The Belgian Embassy receives visitors by appointment via eAppointment only. Appointments can be made on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday via the link above.
You can schedule an appointment for a maximum of two services at the same time, such as applying for a passport and an identity card.
It is important to always bring the necessary forms, completed and signed, to your appointment.
Not all services require a visit to the Embassy. Please check the scheme below to see which services require an appointment and which services can be handled via email.
